The City of Willow Springs is accepting sealed bids for harvesting hay on City of Willow Springs properties as follows: Airport Property, City Property across from City Hall, South Junction Property, Wastewater Treatment Plant Property and City Property Northeast of the City Cemetery. Property maps and information may be obtained at City Hall, 900 W Main, PO Box 190, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or by calling 417-469-2107. All sealed bids should be marked “HAY BIDS” and be submitted at City Hall by 3:45 pm on October 13, 2023. Bids will be opened at 4:00 pm on October 13, 2023. The City of Willow Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
