All dogs and cats over the age of six months shall be registered with the City per Section 205.240 of the Ordinances of the City of Willow Springs each year. At the time of registration, proof of vaccination shall be presented and the owner will be provided a tag for identification purposes in the event the animal is lost. The fees for such registration is $3.00 for dogs and cats that have been spayed or neutered, and $5.00 for dogs and cats that have not been spayed or neutered.
Per Section 205.115 of the Ordinances of the City of Willow Springs, only four (4) animals are allowed per household.
