How is it, that this rubble pile has been allowed to sit on 4th street for 6 months and no actions have been taken to have it removed? My daughter cannot even go outside to play because there are so many mosquitoes/gnats/snakes coming from that property. Also the neighborhood children are going into that mess of concrete, broken glass, and rusty metal to play. If it were my property I would be fined if not jailed for it being in that condition.

How is it, that this rubble pile has been allowed to sit on 4th street for 6 months and no actions have been taken to have it removed? Also the neighborhood children are going into that mess of concrete, broken glass, and rusty metal to play. If it were my property I would be fined if not jailed for it being in that condition.
